MiniRacer2D Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Banana Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates MiniRacer2D, an iOS time-trial racing game. This policy explains what information the game uses, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
You may choose a nickname for your racer. Your nickname and racing results are used to identify your entries on the MiniRacer2D leaderboards. Please do not use your real name or other sensitive information as a nickname.
Information created when you play
The game stores gameplay progress such as completed runs, best times, medals, track progress, car setup, preferences, and an installation/player identifier. A guest profile is created so your nickname and results can be associated with the same installation. The game does not request your contacts, photos, precise location, microphone, or camera.
Leaderboards and hosting
Nickname, best times, track identifiers, lap counts, and related ranking information may be sent to and stored by our Supabase-hosted leaderboard service. Leaderboard entries are visible to other players. You can change your nickname in Profile; the updated nickname is used for your leaderboard entries.
Advertising
After the configured number of completed runs, MiniRacer2D may display native ads on track-selection and results screens and occasional interstitial ads after a race. Google AdMob and its partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interaction information, and other information needed to deliver, measure, and prevent fraud in advertising. The first 100 completed runs are ad-free.
Where required, the Google User Messaging Platform asks for your consent before ads are requested. You can change your privacy choices from the game’s Profile and Settings screens. More information is available in Google’s partner policies.
Music and device permissions
The game plays bundled music locally when enabled. It respects the device’s silent mode. MiniRacer2D does not use advertising ID access for its own analytics and does not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you remove it or delete the app. You can use Delete Account in Profile to remove the guest profile and local gameplay data. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of leaderboard information associated with your player identifier.
Children
MiniRacer2D is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The updated date above indicates when the latest version was published.
